Went to the Kirkland Store in Apple Valley, CA, on Super Bowl Sunday morning while all the guys were engaged in the Game. Had a FABULOUS time with one of my Besties and her precious niece. We looked at lots of merchandise, and purchased many items and saved a bunch of money too. It was a fantastic way to end a marvelous weekend.

This store has the best employees. Super friendly atmosphere. The manager by the name of "Crystal" is very polite and professional. Great shopping experience. Wonderful products. Joanne was terrific and helped us find an item someone's told us on our last visit that it wasn't available! We're thrilled. We did a pretty good purchase today and in addition to Joanne's stellar help, both Alyssa and Kirsten were great! Helped wrap and take to our car. Thank you, ladies!!!

I love this beautiful store. As soon as you walk in the air smells so good and you get greeted and welcomed immediately. The store is not real large but it is stocked full of beautiful decorative items for your home at excellent prices. Everything you need to accessorize your home is here including some small furniture items. Returns are amazingly easy and everyone is so nice and helpful. I can spend hours in here and have purchased a lot of things for my home here as well. Everything is quality and you can't go wrong. Even if you're not looking for anything right now, take a stroll through here and look at all there is to offer. Very peaceful relaxing atmosphere.

I love Kirklands! The staff is always helpful. I really wanted a specific pillow online but wasn't available in store or for shipping but still shows up on their website so I was disappointed still not available but in a TX store but can't ship here to CA so I'm bummed!

Excellent customer service! I was in store yesterday to pick up my online order, which was shipped to the store Low and behold, the order was wrong! The young lady saw the dimay on my face. She went the extra mile and accessed my order online. She explained what she was proposing and let me know the items I had ordered were now available in the store! Happy, Happy Customer 😊
